We were informed rather suddenly that we were going to have to close the doors of our retail shop after 24 years.

This resulted in a great deal of work to do and an interruption of our
receiving deliveries and shipping orders.

We are keeping the web site open and active. 

Inventory, and shipping materials have been moved to a temporary facility, and we are shipping again.   We are also waiting for deliveries that were delayed by the move.

We are doing our best to catch up on the back log, but there are currently shipping delays on many orders due to inventory.  Orders where the items are in stock are still shipping in a timely manner.

 

SHIPPING INFORMATION: Super sites like Amazon and Zappos have spoiled people when it comes to delivery expectations. Please read below for a realistic description of what you can expect.

DOMESTIC ORDERS:

REGULAR SHIPPING:  Orders are normally packaged anywhere from next day to 72 hours after you have placed your order.  Unless you request otherwise, we use USPS Priority Mail which takes from 2-4 days in transit.  So, most orders will arrive to you in just about a week. You will recieve an email confirmation and a tracking #.

UPS 2nd DAY AIR:  If you select UPS 2nd Day Air as your shipping option order will only take 2 days in transit. You will recieve an email confirmation and a tracking #.

Please note:

1. UPS does not deliver to PO Boxs.

2. UPS does NOT count Saturday or Sunday as part of their time in transit. 

3. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays unless requested and paid for.

4. There is no UPS Pick-up on Weekends.  For example, if you place an order ar 7PM on Friday and request UPS 2nd Day Air, the EARLIEST it could go out would be Monday, end of the day. 

5. Selecting the UPS option does not accelerate the time it takes for us to package your order.  It also does not move you ahead of any other orders already in house. It only guarantees the time in transit will take 2 days.

 

OVERSEAS SHIPPING:

UPS 2nd Day Air is NOT AVAILABLE on Canadian or Foreign orders.

NYFirestore.com has been shipping to our international customers worldwide  for over a decade.  We use U.S. Global Priority Mail as our International carrier as Global Priority is fast and reliable.

International orders normally take anywhere from 1-2 weeks to arrive, and can, on occasion, experience Customs and Security delays beyond that.

 

Overseas and Canadian orders are shipped via Global Priority Mail on packages under 4lbs and Parcel Post on packages over 4lbs.

Once your return arrives at NYFirestore.com, we will gladly process your refund or make the exchange.  NYFirestore.com, will not charge you again to re-ship your exchanged items back to you. 

Need a Refund? 

We understand that sometimes you just want a refund.

NYFirestore.com, will refund the purchase price of any item up to 45 days after your original purchase date. 

Items returned after 45 days will be given store credit or an exchange.

Refunds are processed upon the receipt and approval of your return. 

Refunds can take 5-10 days to appear on your credit card

Unfortunately, we cannot refund your shipping costs but if you are making an exchange there will be no additional shipping charge to you.
